We are seeking an experienced Finance Process Specialist to oversee and enhance finance process management within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining finance processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency. This role requires a collaborative individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Expert:
- Serve as the primary owner of key finance processes within OSM, OCS, IB/OKS space
- Ensure processes are documented, standardized, and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing finance workflows.
- Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology to optimize finance operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
- Provide guidance and training to finance team members on updated processes and tools.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, and new process rollouts.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure finance processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
- Mitigate process-related risks through proactive monitoring and control improvements.
Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on process performance and improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of finance principles, processes, and systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and Oracle Quote to Cash process
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
