Your Role at KIK

Leads daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials and finished goods. This role supports team performance, inventory accuracy, production needs, shipping activities, and compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and direct warehouse employees in daily shift operations, including staging, scheduling, workflow priorities, and support of off-site warehouse personnel and CDL drivers.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, trailer placement, transshipment loads, and daily shuttle activity to meet operational and delivery schedules.
- Support warehouse and production operations by assisting with trailer loading/unloading, line pulling, and ensuring materials are available to keep production lines operating.
- Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods, raw materials, bottles, pallets, corrugate, and trailers; perform cycle counts and participate in monthly and annual inventories.
- Read and follow production schedules while ensuring materials are properly staged and managed using FIFO practices.
- Use E1 JD Edwards and RF scanning equipment to complete inventory transactions, print shipping documents, process work orders and ship confirmations, and prepare required reports.
- Maintain accurate records, complete required paperwork, and communicate effectively with department managers, supervisors, line leads, drivers, and coworkers.
- Follow all safety, GMP, LOTO, housekeeping, company policy, and standard operating procedure requirements.

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing industrial environment and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and the ability to complete all required company, regulatory, and safety training.
- Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification, required.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as operational needs require.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including a drug screen, physical, background check, and skills assessment.
- Ability to safely push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; lift wooden pallets from floor to shoulder height; stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals, including bleach and ammonia, in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection, while on the production floor.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has an hourly rate of $20-22 per hour. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.
