Pay Range: $26.00 – $32.00 / hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Evening/Night Shift) with on-call weekend rotation
Travel: Moderate / Occasional overnight travel (e.g., Yuma, AZ)

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN AREA MAINTENANCE MANAGER
As our Area Maintenance Manager, your primary focus is ensuring our trucks get out the gate safely and on schedule. Working primarily on evening/night shifts, you will manage day-to-day operations, perform routine fleet servicing, handle small-to-moderate repairs, and tackle larger mechanical diagnostics as equipment moves out of warranty.
You will manage local maintenance schedules, coordinate with regional teams, and occasionally travel to satellite sites like Yuma, AZ. You take ownership of workshop safety, mentor your team, and ensure top-notch quality on every job.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in fleet, heavy truck, or industrial equipment maintenance.
- Must own and maintain your own hand tools.
- Ability to work evening/night shifts and participate in on-call weekend rotations.
- Willingness for moderate travel , including occasional overnights.
- Proactive, self-driven work ethic with a strong commitment to safety and integrity.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
