Job Description
Family Ark provides individual and family therapy services to youth and families in southern Indiana. Our newest program, the Lotus House, is a transitional housing program for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery. The Case Manager provides case management services for the families living at Lotus House and collaborates with team members, families and other professionals to meet each family's specific goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Maintains all client case management/case records, including treatment plans, monthly reports, case notes, etc.
- Facilitates groups addressing recovery-based rituals of daily living, including parenting skills, employment, wellness, recovery skills, etc.
- Links clients to resources for sober housing, recovery-conducive employment, health and social services, and recovery support groups.
- Promotes and provides strength-based language utilizing evidence-based recovery models.
- Provides support for daily operations when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly related human service field preferred.
- One year work or internship experience in the social service field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse social and economic backgrounds
