# Position Summary
The Marketing Manager, Lead Generation leads audience-centered, integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, reach priority audiences, and generate qualified leads for Olin's graduate programs. Rather than marketing individual programs in isolation, this role begins with prospective students' career goals, motivations, and barriers, then leads the development of integrated marketing campaigns that connect audiences with the Olin programs and experiences most relevant to what they need next. The role brings together paid media, search, web, content, creative, analytics, recruitment, CRM, and agency partners to translate enrollment priorities into coordinated acquisition strategies.
This position is well suited to a curious, growth-oriented marketer who is energized by building and testing new approaches, and has a strategic-doer orientation. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in an evolving environment, testing hypotheses, learning from incomplete information, and adjusting quickly. The role requires both strategic judgment and hands-on follow-through, as well as a collaborative orientation toward tackling challenges across Marketing & Communications, Graduate Recruitment, and Data & Insights. Success is measured by the ability to improve the volume, quality, and efficiency of leads and to turn insights and results into clear recommendations for future investment.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Audience and Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop audience-centered acquisition strategies that support graduate enrollment goals across full-time and part-time programs. Build a strong understanding of priority audiences, including their career goals, motivations, barriers, behaviors, and media habits. Translate enrollment priorities and audience insight into clear campaign objectives, value propositions, channel strategies, briefs, and measurement plans.
Integrated Campaign Planning:
- Lead integrated campaign planning across paid search, paid social, digital advertising, sponsorships, web, content, email, events, and other acquisition channels. - Direct the development and launch of acquisition campaigns in partnership with creative, content, web, CRM, recruitment, analytics, media, and agency teams. Serve as the primary Marketing & Communications partner for lead generation initiatives; create shared visibility into priorities, timing, decisions, and next steps. Develop clear briefs, manage timelines and dependencies, maintain brand consistency, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Oversee paid-media and other external acquisition partners and hold them accountable for performance.
Performance, Testing and Optimization:
