What You’ll Do:
Is the primary point of contact for client referrals; collects information as part of pre-screening and data collection. Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process; manages walk-ins. Answers the intake telephone line, provides general information about AYN services, and ensures clients are promptly connected to the assessment process. Collects and follows up on required admission criteria, enters demographic and financial information into the ECHO system, sets up client charts prior to admission, and completes PCPs.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred. 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status.
