About this role
This position focuses on driving sales growth and managing accounts within the assigned region. It involves collaborating with Regional and Branch Managers, as well as VPs of Operations, to devise and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding market share, and fostering customer loyalty. Responsibilities include overseeing sales tools, systems, and training, coordinating efforts to maximize growth opportunities, and managing the sales cycle—from developing client relationships to closing contracts and ensuring proper follow-up.
The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develops and executes an annual business plan, drives regional revenue growth, and manages strategic accounts.
- Directs, trains, and supports regional sales representatives, ensuring effective performance and achieving defined KPIs.
- Collaborates with operations to expand market share, identifies opportunities, and delivers compelling sales presentations.
- Ensures accurate CRM documentation, provides monthly sales reports, and develops sales resources to enhance team effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5-10 years of high-level sales management experience, including direct oversight of sales representatives.
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, specifically within Industrial/Environmental Services, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, or Power Generation industries.
- Proven track record of success utilizing a value-based selling approach.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales teams, new products/services, and markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) /sales databases.
