Senior Data Analytics Partner, Diabetes & Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Use your analytical insight to improve diabetes care for thousands of patients

At Resmed, data plays a critical role in helping people living with chronic conditions stay connected to their treatments and their care teams. In this role, you apply your analytical expertise to advance our diabetes programs, particularly focusing on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and recurring patient resupply. Your work translates complex data into actionable insights that drive adherence, optimize operations, and strengthen patient retention. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, payer, and technology partners to uncover trends, reduce inefficiencies, and align analytics around better clinical and operational outcomes.

You’ll join a team dedicated to making healthcare more proactive and connected—helping ensure every shipment, authorization, and patient interaction counts toward improving real-world outcomes for people managing diabetes.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze CGM and diabetes business workflows from eligibility through recurring resupply
- Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, translate needs, and deliver clear, scalable analytics
- Turn raw data in Snowflake and SQL into dashboards, performance metrics, and insight-ready reports
- Examine adherence, shipment cadence, payer requirements, and retention to identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver ongoing program reviews and KPI reporting that guide patient resupply strategies
- Communicate findings using strong data storytelling to influence cross-functional decisions

What You Bring

- 5+ years in data, business, healthcare, or operations analytics
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge, ideally in diabetes, CGM, pharmacy, DME, or chronic disease management
- Advanced SQL expertise including joins, aggregations, window functions, and validation methods
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses
- Ability to connect analytical findings to patient, payer, and business outcomes
- Skilled at gathering requirements and delivering aligned dashboards and reports
- Excellent communication across technical and business audiences
- Attention to detail and data accuracy in regulated healthcare environments

Nice To Have

- Associate degree or higher
- Direct exposure to CGM devices, diabetes supply workflows, or DME distribution models
- Familiarity with CGM-related metrics such as sensor shipments, refill timing, and utilization patterns
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma
- Understanding of HIPAA, privacy standards, and secure patient data handling

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $105,000 - $140,000 USD annually.

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
