Position Profile:
Endline making process, Endline quality control and assurance, Endline food safety, Endline sorter.
Responsabilities:
- Carry out tasks and provide services that ensure quality in the different stages of the process and final product, complying with the established inspection frequency.
- Coordinate functions of quality inspectors.
- Audit compliance with quality inspections according to the frequency established in the quality control sheet. Report the results of said audits in a timely manner.
Position Requirement & competencies:
- Work experience in the area.
- Broad training ground, usually required through high school education, career technical or equivalent.
Skills
- To apply standard evaluation and modification of standard quality assurance techniques, procedures and criteria.
- To identify product defects using proper inspection procedures and test equipment.
- To learn internal and customer specifications.
- To maintain and care for the inspection equipment.
- To use tables and graphs.
- To operate and functionally use a computer.
- To work as a team.
- To communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- To work in shifts.
- To lead a work team.
Knowledge
• Job knowledge of the following areas: Documentary Control, Preventive Actions and Corrective Actions, Control and Management of Non-Conforming Product, Traceability, HACCP, Functional and Dimensional Tests, Follow-up of Customer Complaints / Claims, Internal and Customer Specifications.
