Entry-Level Automotive Technician

Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center is looking to hire full-time Entry-level Auto Technicians. This position offers a competitive wage dependent on experience. Our flat-rate hour compensation program allows you to maximize your earning potential.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

- Automobile repair experience

- Knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance

The work schedule is flexible, typically around 40 hours per week , but there is no cap on hours turned for flat rate techs. Service departments are closed on Sundays and only open until 6 pm during the week.

Responsibilities:

- Determine and repair damaged parts

- Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts

- Document all repairs performed

- Document all materials used

- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner

- Follow all company safety procedures

- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
