Job Description:
As an Integration Support Professional at Accurate, you will drive Accurate's future growth engine by assisting Accurate’s Onboarding Team and clients through the onboarding/integration process and turning them into happy users. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure clients and Accurate are positioned for short and long term success.
A full degree of creativity and latitude are expected in this role to facilitate delivery of results to our business. Being consultative and solutions-oriented are critical for this position.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will triage client reported issues in relation to their ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or API integrations. Additionally, you will assist clients and the Accurate Onboarding Team in integration configuration and testing, as well as answer open client questions in relation to integrations, provide clarification on solutions, etc.
- Act as an initial point of contact for all client reported integration issues or concerns through ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot complex data flow issues between Accurate and third-party ATS, HRIS, and recruiting platforms.
- Analyze API requests, responses, error logs, and webhook deliveries to identify root causes of integration issues and either offer potential solutions OR escalate accordingly.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding resolution of reported issues.
- Understand client integration requirements and system capabilities and be able to translate accordingly.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for platform-specific integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Work closely with clients and ATS representatives to identify account setup and integration requirements.
- Work closely with Onboarding to properly configure clients for specific integrations, considering any client specific initiatives/requirements.
- Provide support for integration testing.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A familiarity with integrated API solutions and ability to explain technical solutions to clients.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and translate complex client requirements into practical integration solutions.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fast-paced organization.
- Strong overall interpersonal skills and a history exceeding client expectations.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of XML and JSON required.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with related tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc., a plus.
- Background Screening experience a plus.
