About this role

Position Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a strategic link between the corporate marketing team and franchisees, ensuring that localized marketing efforts reflect the JETSET brand and business objectives. This role partners closely with franchise operators to build local marketing guides and resources, approve local marketing activations and digital marketing initiatives, and support execution: empowering franchisees to launch and sustain successful marketing efforts in their markets. This role will be supporting the studios in the East.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this role supports franchisees throughout the pre-opening and sales cycle, monitors local engagement and marketing performance, and delivers insights to both franchisees and the Director of Integrated Marketing.
