Position summary: The Vice President of the Healing Division provides strategic, administrative, operational, and clinical leadership for all programs and services within the Healing Division, including FSRI's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Responsible for the overall performance and continuous improvement of the Division, including programming quality, clinical excellence, regulatory and contractual compliance, financial performance, workforce development, program growth, and service outcomes. The Vice President provides leadership and oversight to Division programs and program leaders, ensuring that services are responsive to the needs of individuals, children, and families and are consistent with FSRI's mission, vision, values, strategic priorities, and commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in mental health, public health, education or child development fields required.

- Independent Clinical License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred.

- Significant experience in program development, management and staff development required, as are excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.

- Experience in behavioral health and trauma-informed programming required.

- Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs

- Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated

- Flexible schedule with some evenings

- This position is part of the agency's executive team. The candidate must have the ability to work at a high level and be open to working non traditional hours as needed.

- Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must

- Ability to work independently

- Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.

- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
