The Sr Product Manager, Pulse Ox is responsible for driving the development and execution of the commercial marketing strategy for the Masimo Pulse Ox portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, field sales/clinical teams and other relevant stakeholders in the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan.

This position reports to the VP, Marketing and is part of the Strategic Marketing team located in Irvine, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Manage overall global marketing strategy and plan for the Pulse Ox portfolio, including product objectives, competitive analysis, positioning strategies and revenue projections.
- Direct marketing initiatives/campaigns to support overall advancement, adoption, and acceleration of the product portfolio.
- Develop commercial tools and sales collateral that powerfully communicate the portfolio’s value proposition.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- 7+ years of experience in product management, project management, commercial strategy, or technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering and/or Lifesciences.
- Prior experience working within a medical devices or life sciences company.
- Prior experience with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- FDA and international medical device regulatory processes.
- Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce.com.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000.  This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Bonus / Incentive Pay

10% of annual base salary

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.  This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
