Department Overview
Electric Operations (EO) ensures the delivery of safe and reliable electrical services to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response.
Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project, and contract management of PG&E’s electric distribution overhead and underground facilities.
Position Summary
Manage aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures program is operating effectively.

PG&E is providing the salary range that can be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.
The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
Hourly Pay Range:
- Hourly Annual Minimum: $30.28
- Hourly Annual Midpoint: $37.50
- Hourly Annual Maximum: $44.71

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Up to 1 (One) Year of related experience or equivalent
