Principais Atividades

- Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento dos processos de importação e exportação junto a fornecedores, transportadoras e despachantes aduaneiros;
- Auxiliar no controle e lançamento de despesas dos processos de comércio exterior no sistema Protheus;
- Dar suporte à atualização e acompanhamento dos indicadores (KPIs) da área;
- Realizar o acompanhamento de pagamentos relacionados às operações de importação e exportação;
- Controlar o recebimento, conferência e organização da documentação dos processos de comércio exterior;
- Atualizar informações e registros em sistemas internos;
- Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas relacionadas ao desembaraço aduaneiro;

Requisitos

- Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (principalmente Excel);
- Inglês básico para leitura e interpretação de documentos e e-mails;
- Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área de Comércio Exterior.

Horário de trabalho: das 09:00 às 15:00h – de segunda à sexta-feira.
