Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of inventory through iKamper USA’s warehouse operations. This hands-on position performs receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse activities. The role works closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Accounting/Finance to ensure that physical inventory movements are completed accurately and are properly reflected in company systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive inbound shipments and verify products, quantities, and condition against applicable receiving and shipping documentation.

- Unload, inspect, label, organize, and put away incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.

- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer and dealer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.

- Support outbound parcel and LTL shipments, including palletizing, labeling, staging, and carrier pickup preparation.

- Maintain accurate inventory locations and promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or transaction issues.

- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory counts, inventory reconciliations, and related inventory-control activities.

- Support product transfers, customer returns, warranty-related inventory movements, and other approved warehouse transactions.

- Support showroom or customer pickup preparation and other operational activities as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment and follow established safety procedures.

- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment only when properly trained and authorized.

- Communicate promptly with management regarding shipment issues, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, damaged merchandise, or other operational exceptions.

- Collaborate with other departments to support efficient order fulfillment and overall business operations.

- Perform other warehouse and operations-related duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory and order accuracy.

- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes.

- Forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred; applicable training or certification may be required based on assigned duties.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

- Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and handle merchandise in a warehouse environment.

- Safely lift and move products consistent with the requirements of the position, independently or with appropriate team assistance or material-handling equipment for heavier or oversized products.

- Work around large outdoor products, including rooftop tents and related equipment, where proper lifting techniques and safe material handling are essential.

- Work on-site in a warehouse environment and comply with all applicable safety rules and procedures.

The Warehouse Associate is expected to help ensure that the physical movement of inventory matches the transactions recorded in the company’s systems. Inventory should not be shipped, transferred, disposed of, or otherwise removed without appropriate authorization and supporting system documentation.
