Execute basic activities for the EdTech educational teams and in some cases for regional activities, as well as other planned activities by the company that include services for HCPs participants in events and faculties.
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Employee & Labor Relations across the assigned cluster, serving as a trusted advisor to the business and Business Unit Human Resources. Act as a guardian of Our Credo by promoting consistent, human-centered, fact-based decisions grounded in legal and compliance rigor. Build the capability of leaders and employees to prevent, address, and resolve workplace matters promptly and responsibly, while advancing automation, continuous improvement, and a simple, sustainable employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage complex performance, disciplinary, grievance, and escalation cases, ensuring due process, confidentiality, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead impartial investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other conduct matters, assessing evidence and developing objective recommendations.
• Advise and build capability among leaders, Business Unit Human Resources, and other stakeholders on labor and employment legislation, policies, risks, and available courses of action.
• Lead collective labor matters, negotiations, and agreement administration, while maintaining current knowledge of labor practices across the countries in scope.
• Design automation and standardization solutions that reduce friction and strengthen service quality, traceability, speed, and experience.
• Use key performance indicators, service-level agreements, and experience metrics to identify root causes, translate data into insights, and lead measurable improvements.
• Lead change management, communications, and training for new policies, processes, and tools, mobilizing stakeholders and building sustainable adoption.
• Coordinate with Legal or relevant authorities as appropriate and support significant organizational events, including reorganizations, reductions in force, mergers, and acquisitions
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• University degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of six years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a focus on Employee & Labor Relations, investigations, performance, discipline, and leader advisory.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment legislation and practices, with the rigor, judgment, and attention to detail required to manage risk and sensitive cases.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural, and matrixed environments; healthcare or related industry experience preferred.
• Digital mindset and demonstrated ability to propose, create, and experiment, supported by strong change management, influencing, and executive communication capabilities.
• Analytical thinking, business acumen, results orientation, collaboration, and an employee-centered approach.
