Fleet Associate

The Fleet Operations Associate works throughout the city to keep vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members. This hands-on role includes transporting vehicles, refueling, cleaning, changing tires, and coordinating repairs or towing when needed. Associates travel between locations by foot, bike, public transit, or company vehicle.

What You'll Do:

- Playing a key role in the member experience by ensuring vehicles are ready when members need them.

- Representing the company throughout the community while working across different locations in the city.

What We're Looking For:

- Valid Driver's License

- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks

- Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided

- Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)

- Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit, and kneel; and frequently enter, exit, and drive vehicles

- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
