Shift:  24/7 nights (6pm - 6am) - 6:00 pm - 6:15 am (24/7)

Pay & Total Rewards

The pay range for this position is $18.40-$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 30% shift differential when working an off-shift . The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

Position Summary

As a Level III Auxiliary Operator you’ll independently perform moderate and more complex auxiliary operations, including setup support, changeovers, and troubleshooting to standard work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recognizing and resolving some non-routine issues, use department resources to make sound decisions, and begin contributing to continuous improvement and associate development.

What You'll Do

- Complete daily auxiliary operations efficiently and consistently.

- Routinely operate and set up moderate and complex auxiliary processes to target.

- Demonstrate solid understanding of common part configurations and auxiliary equipment requirements.

- Troubleshoot abnormal processes and work with setup or support resources to resolve issues.

- Use schedules, routings, metrics, and department resources to make effective decisions.

- Recommend and initiate continuous improvement ideas that improve safety, quality, delivery, or cost.

- Assist in developing associate skills and demonstrate readiness to train others.

What Makes You Successful

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 12 months of applicable auxiliary operations experience

- Demonstrated ability to operate, set up, troubleshoot, and support moderate to complex auxiliary processes

Physical Requirements

This position requires working in a manufacturing environment and may include:

- Standing and walking for extended periods.

- Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.

- Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

- Working safely around manufacturing equipment.

- Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.
