What Youll Tackle
As an entry-level Field Spervisor in Aurora, youll help keep in-home care running at full speed—supporting our team and ensuring Clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee field activity to keep care plans moving smoothly for Clients
- Communicate updates between caregivers, office staff, and Clients with clarity and urgency
- Document visits, notes, and follow-ups accurately and on time
- Help resolve day-to-day issues quickly while keeping safety and professionalism front and center
Required qualifications/skills
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort working onsite and traveling locally as needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
