We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create the exceptional Drybar experience our clients know and love.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll help keep the salon running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. You’ll:

- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client from the moment they arrive

- Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and transactions

- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently

- Answer questions and help clients with their needs

- Resolve issues using sound judgment, available resources, and strong problem-solving skills

- Support retail sales and help clients discover products that complement their Drybar experience

- Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of service

- Maintain a professional, positive demeanor—even during busy periods

- Work collaboratively with the salon team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is naturally friendly, organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about customer service. You bring energy to the front desk and enjoy making people feel welcome.

Qualifications

- Open availability is required

- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment, such as:

Sales Associate

- Retail Sales Associate

- Customer Service Representative

- Store Associate

- Salon Associate

- Or a similar customer-facing role

- Previous point-of-sale (POS) system experience strongly preferred

- Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work comfortably and effectively at a sustained, fast pace

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to multitask with ease and stay organized in a busy environment

- Comfortable standing and/or walking for the duration of 6–8 hour shifts

- Technical ability and confidence using point-of-sale systems and other front desk technology

- Strong judgment and resourcefulness when resolving client or front desk issues

- Ability to remain professional, positive, and composed under pressure
