The Saint-Félicien sawmill has been operating in the Lac-Saint-Jean region since 1950, right next to the majestic Ashuapmushuan River. The facility employs approximately 85 people and is equipped with two sawing lines. It stands out for its family-like work environment and attractive work schedules. Our organization is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Analyst, Operational Technology. This is a position permanent to full-time.

The Analyst, Operational Technology (OT), is responsible for supporting and improving OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and process control technologies across manufacturing facilities. This role provides technical leadership for OT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and availability while supporting modernization initiatives and operational excellence. Based o n existing OT role responsibilities within your organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain OT infrastructure including servers, workstations, virtualization platforms, industrial networks, and remote access systems.
- Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and standards compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex OT infrastructure and network issues.
- Develop and maintain OT architecture, documentation, and technical standards.
- Lead technology refresh, obsolescence management, and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Coordinate with mill operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to support projects and operational needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to OT Analysts and Administrators.
- Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and on-call support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience supporting OT, process control, industrial IT, or manufacturing technology environments.
- Experience with industrial networks, Windows Server, virtualization, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, MES, and industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, Security+, VMware, or Cisco certifications.
