About The Role
The Corporate FP&A team supports Executive Management in understanding business performance, developing the Company’s financial outlook, and providing insights that inform key business decisions. We are seeking a highly analytical, intellectually curious and self-motivated Senior Manager to help advance the team’s analytical and decision-support capabilities.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, this role will serve as a senior member of the team focused on transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights, developing scalable analytical capabilities, and clearly communicating findings to Finance and business leadership.
The ideal candidate combines a strong FP&A foundation with strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, strong communication skills and executive presence, and technology fluency. This individual will be comfortable working independently through complex or ambiguous business questions, identifying the underlying financial and operational drivers, developing a clear point of view, and translating complex analysis into concise, compelling messages for senior leadership.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable working through the details of an analysis and stepping back to communicate what matters and why. The successful candidate will be able to develop high-quality executive-level presentations, confidently present and discuss findings with leaders, and build credibility as a trusted Finance partner.
This is an opportunity to help shape the continued evolution of Corporate FP&A, including the development of Power BI dashboards, AI-enabled analytical capabilities and new approaches to financial analysis and decision support, while gaining broad exposure across the Company and its senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
Insights, Analytics & Capability Development
- Lead complex and ad hoc financial analysis supporting enterprise-level business questions, including identifying performance drivers, evaluating trends, quantifying risks and opportunities, and developing scenarios to support management decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify underlying business drivers and develop actionable, forward-looking insights across monthly close, forecast, budget and other planning cycles.
- Develop and enhance Corporate FP&A’s analytical capabilities, including Power BI dashboards, financial models, data visualizations and other decision-support tools that improve visibility into business performance.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI-enabled FP&A capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, automated analytical workflows and other emerging technologies that improve the speed, depth and consistency of financial analysis.
- Develop scalable analytical frameworks and tools that connect financial and operational data, reduce manual analysis and enable Corporate FP&A to identify trends, risks and opportunities more quickly and consistently.
Executive Reporting & Business Partnership
- Lead analytical support of the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting processes, including challenging business assumptions, assessing projections for reasonableness, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Assist in the development of clear, concise executive-level presentations that synthesize complex financial and operational analysis into key messages, implications and areas for management attention.
- Develop analysis, insights and supporting materials for Executive Management and Board reporting, translating financial and operational performance into clear explanations of what happened, why it happened and potential forward-looking implications.
- Partner with Segment/Regional finance leads to understand business performance, investigate key trends and develop insights that support the enterprise financial outlook.
- Partner across Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax and other functions to support financial analysis, planning activities and enterprise-level information requests.
Team Development
- Help raise the analytical capabilities of Corporate FP&A by sharing best practices, introducing new tools and approaches, and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, continuous improvement and analytical rigor.
- Provide day-to-day coaching to FP&A team members, including reviewing analytical work, challenging conclusions and developing stronger financial modeling, data visualization and problem-solving capabilities.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong FP&A and financial acumen, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario analysis and understanding of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to work independently to assess complex or ambiguous business questions, identify underlying financial and operational drivers, develop actionable insights, and clearly communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Strong executive-level communication, presentation and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, concise and compelling narratives and confidently engage with leaders.
- Strong data visualization and analytical technology capabilities; experience developing dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to improve Finance capabilities; experience with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, workflow automation or AI agents preferred.
