- Draft and revise quality and production procedures to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
- Manage multiple production teams, totaling up to 50+ individuals
- Ensure routine inspection and preventive maintenance are performed on assigned equipment and defects or needed repairs are reported to manager.
- Ensure equipment and work area are properly maintained and cleaned.
- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Follow daily Procedures and Protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
