Pharmacy Manager | Blue Springs, MO

Full-Time | $145,000–$165,000/year based on experience + $10,000 sign-on bonus

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM | 100% Employee-Owned |

Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

- Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
- Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee inventory and controlled substances
- Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
- Build relationships with local agencies and providers
- Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows

Requirements

The Must-Haves

- PharmD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
