We are searching for the best talent for EHS Analyst Co-Op to be in San Lorenzo, PR .

- The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.
- Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

The EHS Co-Op will support the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will help monitor key safety metrics, support incident prevention efforts, and ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson EHS standards by maintaining Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and related training requirements.

You will be responsible for:

- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing EHS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key EHS metrics such as Good Saves, Incident Investigations, and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Identifying trends and patterns to support proactive safety measures and risk reduction initiatives.
- Collaborating with EHS, Operations, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Supporting risk assessment and incident prevention projects through data analysis.
- Assisting with EHS audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to ensure alignment with Johnson & Johnson EHS standards.
- Ensuring updated JSAs are properly documented within company systems and linked to the appropriate training curriculum.
- Identifying areas that require new JSAs and supporting their creation and implementation.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that promote workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited university is required.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) .
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards is preferred.
