About this role

JOB OBJECTIVE
Renewals are your runway. Expansion is your sport.

Every customer contract has a date on it. Your job is to make sure that date is a celebration, not a surprise. As our Strategic Account Executive, you own the renewal and expansion game across the Sportsdigita book: protecting ARR, growing NRR, and turning "time to renew" into "let's do more." You'll do it with AI as your co-pilot, using it to run a bigger book with more precision than seemed possible a couple of years ago, and bringing DIGIDECK's AI to customers as one of your best growth plays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the renewal machine

- Own every renewal from the first early warning to the signed order form and the invoice handoff. Nothing slips, nothing surprises.
- Master the auto-renewal clock: track notice windows, send renewal notices early (like, early early), generate order forms with updated pricing, and hand Finance the right number every time.
- Set pricing with confidence and defend it with a smile, from annual increases to multi-year deals and early renewals.
- Keep Salesforce so clean leadership can forecast off it without a single follow-up question.
- When a customer tries to cancel after the deadline, partner with Finance and leadership to hold the line professionally, with receipts.

Grow the footprint

- Drive NRR through upsells, cross-sells, and early renewal plays that pull growth forward.
- Be our chief AI evangelist in renewals. Position DIGIDECK's AI features (hello, DIGI Present and DIGI Connect) so well that customers walk into their approval meetings already sold.
- Find the next department, property, or business unit that should be using DIGIDECK, then go get them.
- Hit your numbers. Then hit them again next quarter.

Stop churn before it starts

- Team up with CSMs to catch at-risk accounts early using usage data and engagement signals, and have a save plan ready long before the renewal window opens.
- Own the churn forecast for your book: red, yellow, commit, and exactly how you're moving each one.
- Be the advisor customer leadership actually wants to hear from.

Work AI-first, every day

- Use Claude and connected agents the way other people use email: prepping account briefs, analyzing call transcripts, building renewal paperwork and QBR decks, reviewing pipeline, and drafting follow-ups.
- Build AI workflows that make the renewal motion faster and sharper, then share your best tricks with the team.
- Turn DIGIDECK buyer analytics and Salesforce data into executive briefs that show customers their own ROI in their own numbers.

Build relationships that last

- Know people at every level of your accounts, from the daily users to the exec sponsor who signs.
- Run QBRs and EBRs that feel less like a status meeting and more like a strategy session.
- Build account growth plans that line up with what each customer is trying to win.

Tell the story with data

- Report on renewals, expansion pipeline, NRR, GRR, and churn risk, with monthly and quarterly commit calls leadership can count on.
- Spot the patterns in pricing, timing, and account health that make us better at this every quarter.

Play well with the team

- Partner with CSMs on adoption, Sales on handoffs, and Finance on order forms, invoicing, and collections.
- Bring the customer's voice back to Product and leadership to shape the roadmap and pricing.

WHO YOU ARE

- 10+ years in strategic account management, renewals, or enterprise account management at a SaaS company. You've seen some things.
- A track record of renewing, saving, and growing complex accounts with lots of stakeholders.
- Fluent in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, churn. You dream in forecasts (a little).
- A sharp negotiator who knows her way around pricing, contracts, notice periods, and the occasional tough conversation.
- Genuinely AI-fluent. You use AI to do the work, not just talk about it. Bonus points if you've built your own workflows or agents.
- A Salesforce power user who's comfortable across Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Warm, direct, and the kind of person customers call first when they have a big decision to make.
