Job Description:
The Refrigeration Maintenance Lead is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration equipment. This position provides day-to-day guidance to Refrigeration Technicians, assists with troubleshooting equipment issues, ensures preventive maintenance and assigned work are completed, and supports accurate documentation in SAP. The Refrigeration Lead will also help ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, GMP, and company requirements while supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

- Must have, at minimum, Operator I qualification/certification.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on industrial ammonia refrigeration experience.
