Opportunity & Your Impact
Midtown is seeking a Junior Programs Supervisor to lead daily execution for the Junior Development Program, while supporting racquet sports team alignment and contributing to club operations. This role plays a key part ensuring the program operates smoothly, and the member experience is engaging and valued, resulting in repeat participation.
Job Overview

- Salaried supervisor role within Racquet Sports.

- Visible leadership role serving members, coaches, and program performance.
How You’ll Contribute
- Support daily execution of racquet sports programming across lessons, competitive and social events.
- Lead and coach program team to ensure consistency with Midtown standards and program point of view.
- Maintain organization across scheduling, staffing, and program pathway.
- Responsive resolution of operational or service issues to preserve the member experience.
- Serve as a reliable on-floor leader supporting both members and coaches.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Range: $65,000 - $92,000 per year. The final rate offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
