Bilingual Insurance Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Area (travel required between multiple clinic locations throughout the assigned territory). Schedule: Field-Based We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Coordinator to support patients in a healthcare clinic setting by providing insurance education and enrollment assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, is highly organized, and is fluent in both English and Spanish .

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with patients in clinic settings to provide insurance education and support.
- Explain insurance plan options and assist patients during open enrollment periods.
- Help patients complete enrollment paperwork and required documentation.
- Connect patients with insurance resources and enrollment support when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed notes of all patient interactions.
- Participate in daily virtual team huddles and provide activity updates and reporting.
- Travel between assigned clinics within the designated territory.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English .
- Comfortable speaking with patients in a healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
- Basic understanding of health insurance, insurance verification, or coverage options preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, patient support, insurance, or community outreach is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
