The Drink Runner is responsible for efficiently delivering beverages from the bar to guests in a timely and professional manner. They act as a liaison between the bar and the service team, ensuring all drinks are delivered accurately and at the correct temperature. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong sense of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Promptly pick up completed drinks from the bar and deliver them to the correct tables.
- Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure smooth service.
- Verify that drinks match guest orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
- Assist with restocking bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar pick-up and service areas.
- Ensure safe and responsible handling of alcoholic beverages.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests when interacting.
- Support the bar and FOH team with additional tasks during peak periods.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the state.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to one-arm carry a large tray over your head of up to 10lbs
