Objectives/Purpose of Job:

Maintain cGMP compliant warehouse operations with approximately 100,000 sq. ft to support ongoing manufacturing operations and business. Management if Indirect staff ranging from 9-12.

Key Activities/Responsibilities :

- Train staff and comply with Municipal, Federal, International shipping and State regulations such as DOT, TSA, and OSHA IATA and INCO terms.

- Oversee material handling operations to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation made up of shipping Domestic and International, receiving, and inventory accuracy.

- Meet key metrics to support a world class compliant warehouse set by the Warehouse Manager.

- Responsible for the compliance and material handling equipment ensuring safety procedures are followed and adhered to by staff.

- Responsible for all SOP training, Work Instructions, training on use of equipment for staff.

- Assist with non-conformance investigations, ITCR, and QCR’s for areas of responsibility.

- Provide coverage for the Warehouse Manager when required.

Qualifications/Training:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business highly preferred.

- 5+ years of industry Warehouse experience.

- Previous supervision experience of multiple staff members

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., ERPLx, SAP, PeopleSoft, or equivalent)

- Strong analytical and reporting skills troubleshooting inventory discrepancies.

- Ability to manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material flow supporting manufacturing operations.

- Certification or experience with material handling equipment and warehouse safety practices or the ability to obtain certification.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and employee development skills.

- Detail oriented for KPI reporting.

- Computer Literacy with skills in MS Office applications and barcode technology RF devices.

- Ability to communicate effectively with direct reports, peers, and management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work full-time, onsite, including overtime and weekends if necessary to meet department/site objectives.

Eligibility for Internal Applicants:

Have no corrective actions at the written warning level in last six months / no final warning level in the last 12 months / no active PIP.
Meet the qualifications of the position as stated above.
Be in your current job for 12 months.
