Job Description

We are looking for a Non-Ferrous Receiving Labourer to join our team in Quebec City.

The successful candidate will primarily participate in the receiving, sorting, and handling of non-ferrous metals. The work is performed mainly indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks as operational needs require.

This position is focused on manual labor, material handling, and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial environment. We are looking for a reliable, active individual who is comfortable performing physical work.

What you will be responsible for:

- Welcome customers and follow established procedures;
- Unload, sort, inspect, and handle materials;
- Identify and classify non-ferrous metals;
- Weigh and organize materials;
- Prepare shipments and incoming deliveries;
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site;
- Work safely in accordance with health and safety standards;
- Perform any other related duties supporting operations.

Qualifications

- You have experience operating a forklift or other equipment (asset);
- You have knowledge of different types of metals (asset);
- You are able to perform manual labor and work indoors, with occasional outdoor work;

- You are responsible, punctual, resourceful, and committed to health and safety;
- You are a team player with strong collaboration
