Operating Room Nurse $10K Sign-On-Bonus (for eligible candidate)
Full-time 80 hours bi-weekly- Day/Evening (8-hour shifts)
Weekend and Holidays per the guidelines of the department.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse II to join our growing Operating Room team. The ideal candidate is a skilled perioperative nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
In this role, you will partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to provide safe, high-quality surgical care while supporting patients and their families through every step of their surgical journey.

Requirements:
- BSN preferred.
- Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
- Current RN licensure required
- At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.
- Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
- knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred
- CNOR certification a plus.
The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months
Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
