The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving all business development efforts in the MN & Western WI markets. The focus will be on creating new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and positions Stevens Construction Corp. for continued success in these markets.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams

- Understand client visions and help bring them to life

- Build lasting relationships with potential customers and community influencers

- Establish strong ties within the local community and construction industry

- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client needs and commitments are met

- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence and efficiency

Requirements:

- Experience in business development within construction or a related industry

- In-depth knowledge of the local market, especially in commercial real estate development

- Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for both short- and long-term goals

- Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships

- Experience in community and economic development is a plus

- Multifamily construction or development experience is preferred
