Dow has an opportunity for a Associate Sourcing Specialist (Analista de Compras II) located in São Paulo (SP) - BRA.

About the Role

Supports the Logistics Procurement team by ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of its operational work processes. You will support day-to-day operational routines, supplier management activities, and drive simplification and automation of internal processes.

You will provide guidance and support to the team performing Procurement operational and control routines, while supporting supplier management, data accuracy, reporting and interface topics between suppliers, Procurement and internal business partners.

Working closely with the Procurement team and business partners, you will be accountable for ongoing activities and improvement initiatives. Success requires strong ownership, initiative, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

- Support Logistics Procurement in the execution and governance of operational and work processes.
- Provide guidance to the team performing validation and control routines.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of supplier charges against contracted rates and commercial terms.
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers on operational and process-related topics.
- Support supplier onboarding, registration, and master data maintenance.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvement, simplification, and automation opportunities.
- Leverage digital tools, AI, and automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, KPIs, and process documentation.
- Practice appropriate work process governance, internal controls, and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline).
- Conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems, challenge inconsistencies, and propose practical solutions.
- Initiative and autonomy to manage routine activities and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative approach, working closely with team members and business partners.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and organizational skills.
- Interest in AI, automation, and digital tools applied to process improvement (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA).
- Advanced Excel knowledge preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
