In this position, you will manage customer orders, quotations, contracts, and master data while acting as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal departments. Where You'll Make a Difference

- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the order lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Administration, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Create, update, and maintain customer master data in internal systems.
- Prepare, review, and issue quotations, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
- Monitor customer requests and provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Validate order details, pricing, and delivery requirements before processing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial activities and customer relationships.
- Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.

- Previous experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar commercial role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Fluent Italian language skills
