A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

- Act as a reference expert in one or more GRC areas.
- Conduct or supervise complex risk analyses.
- Lead initiatives that require the collaboration of multiple teams.
- Develop and improve the methods, processes, tools, standards and practices of your field.
- Produce recommendations based on risks, compliance requirements and business objectives.
- Supporting stakeholders in the resolution of complex issues.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of GRC programs.
- Support the preparation and execution of audits, evaluations and assurance exercises.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the increase of GRC maturity.
- Coaching, advising and supporting less experienced RCMP Advisors.
- Act as the lead on complex files or initiatives, without necessarily owning the entire program.
- Contribute to the development of indicators, measures and monitoring mechanisms in his/her field.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience in one or more GRC areas.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex files.
- Ability to work with business, technology and cybersecurity teams.
- Good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, standards and practices applicable to the area of expertise.
- Experience in complex technology environments.
