What You'll Do:

- Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

- Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs

- Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients

- Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software

- Participating in organizational improvements using OBM

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

- Ability to work independently with only general supervision

- 3+ years experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs

- 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists

- Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months

- Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required

- Minimum Masters Degree in psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license

- Valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation

- Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance

- Experience working with children;

- Comfortable working in remote environments

- Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff

- Highly organized

- Professional, positive attitude and appearance

- Excellent communication skills

- Willingness to travel as needed is preferred
