Electrical Technician

Job Title: Engineering Technician Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for renewable energy solutions. Your expertise will help ensure our projects meet safety standards and are completed efficiently. Responsibilities

- Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and components for renewable energy solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely and accurate installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Essential Skills

- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation or related field.
- Valid Florida Electrical License or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Familiarity with solar, battery storage, or other renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 5-10 times a year within the US to installation sites.
- Experience with electrical wiring, PCB, testing, oscilloscopes, electrical testing equipment, micrometers, blueprints, hand tools, and troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
