Caregiver | FT/PT/PRN | Private Duty Caregiving | Madison, TN

All Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our Private Duty Caregiving team in the Madison, TN area. We are currently hiring for Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN positions with opportunities available on days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.

This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the comfort of the client's home. We are seeking dedicated caregivers who are committed to improving quality of life while helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety at home.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

- Help clients with ambulation and mobility as needed

- Provide medication reminders

- Maintain a safe and clean home environment

- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

- Accurately document care provided during each shift

- Promote client comfort, independence, and overall well-being

Qualifications

- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Self-motivated, dependable, and compassionate

- Ability to work independently in a home care setting

- Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred

- Must pass a background check and drug screening
