The Consumer Engagement Lead leads operations end-to-end implementation planning, readiness, and adoption activities across RxE Operations and partner organizations. You will ensure successful execution of campaigns, programs, and operational projects from intake through launch, stabilization, and scale. The Consumer Engagement Lead drives alignment, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates partner readiness, and monitors implementation outcomes to ensure operational success, adoption, and continuous improvement.
The Consumer Engagement Lead partners with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and other partners to deliver successful operational implementations. This role serves as the central coordinator for RxE Operations implementation planning and execution, ensuring all people, processes, timelines, resources, and dependencies are aligned to support a successful launch and sustainable operational performance.
Important Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation planning activities from operational intake through launch, stabilization, and scale.
- Manage detailed implementation plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication strategies.
- Facilitate readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared for implementation and launch.
- Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks that could improve delivery, adoption, or operational performance.
- Drive understanding across Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, and other partner teams.
- Support workforce readiness planning by partnering with Workforce Management on staffing needs, capacity planning, and operational impacts.
- Monitor implementation performance, adoption, and launch outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate implementation results against goals, campaign goals, and operational success measures.
- Recommend and implement solutions that support long-term optimization, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
- Communicate implementation updates, risks, decisions, and outcomes to partners and business leaders.
- Be a trusted implementation partner, influencing partners and driving accountability to achieve project goals.
- Support post-launch stabilization efforts, ensuring successful adoption and sustained operational performance.

This position requires implementation planning, operational readiness, change management, stakeholder influence, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to connect strategy to execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6 or more years of technical experience
- 2 or more years of project experience
- Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design and implementation
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Progressive work experience in the Health Insurance industry

Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
