Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Device Engineering

We are seeking a highly collaborative and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Device Engineering team. This role serves as a critical bridge between business partners, IT operations, security teams, and endpoint engineering resources. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document functional and technical business requirements related to endpoint management, device lifecycle services, security and compliance initiatives, and software deployment. They will convert complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and operational documentation. They will also find ways to streamline operations and improve the associate experience.

Location: This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Partner with business customers, IT teams, and engineering resources to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Work with Enterprise Device Engineering to evaluate, design, test, and implement solutions across endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and related technologies.
- Identify and apply opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance service delivery, improve user experience, increase service stability, and reduce manual effort across Enterprise Device Engineering.
- Support business and technical requirements for Ricoh enterprise printing services, including print management, device deployment, service processes, user experience, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement.
- Define metrics and reporting requirements that provide insight into device health, compliance, software deployment, service performance, lifecycle status, virtual desktop experience, and other key operational indicators to support data-driven decisions.
- Create, manage, and maintain documentation, including business process maps, standard operating procedures, and customer training materials.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a similar area (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of business analysis experience, ideally within a corporate IT infrastructure environment.
- Working understanding of enterprise IT services, including device management, software delivery, virtual environments, cloud services, and end-user technologies.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work with engineering teams to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Ability to use data, metrics, and trends to find opportunities, measure outcomes, and support recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-gathering abilities with a track record of bridging the gap between technical developers and non-technical business units.
- Solid ability to develop clear business requirements, process documentation, procedures, presentations, and other materials for a variety of audiences.
- Experience working within agile project delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Direct experience using or supporting Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management Technologies.
- General understanding of how enterprise platforms, applications, workflows, APIs, and data sources interact and support business processes.
- Exposure to Conversational AI and Managed Print Services.
