In Latin America, we are rapidly expanding across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru . As our hub in CDMX grows, you will play a key role in building high-performing local and regional teams that make math learning meaningful for hundreds of thousands of students across LATAM.

What You Will Do 🚀

- Own full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across LATAM (commercial, pedagogical, operations, and support functions), partnering closely with local and international business leaders from kick-off to signed offer.
- Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers , supporting them with regional talent market insights, candidate feedback, and best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, local events, and educational/edtech community engagement across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.
- Develop talent intelligence for the business by monitoring regional hiring trends, competitor activity, talent movements, and market insights within LATAM’s tech and education sectors.
- Attend recruiting events, industry conferences, university career fairs , and networking opportunities to strengthen Innovamat's presence in CDMX and key LATAM hubs.
- Support and execute employer branding initiatives , helping showcase our people, culture, mission, and regional impact across multiple channels.
- Partner with local employees to amplify authentic employee stories and advocacy efforts that strengthen our employer brand in LATAM.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, automation , and modern sourcing technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Innovamat's values and leaves every candidate feeling respected and inspired.
- Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS data integrity , and contribute to workforce planning and regional hiring forecasts.

You Have 🔍

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, talent partnering, or people-focused roles within fast-paced, high-growth tech, edtech, or scale-up environments.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (essential for cross-border collaboration with global HQ and regional stakeholders).
- Proven track record recruiting in Mexico and/or across LATAM markets (understanding local hiring nuances, labor regulations, and talent pools in countries like Colombia, Chile, Peru, or Ecuador is a strong plus).
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities , with the ability to engage passive candidates and build active talent communities.
- Curiosity about regional talent trends, employer branding , talent intelligence, and the evolving future of work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable interacting with candidates, hiring managers, regional leaders, and external partners.
- Comfort using ATS platforms, sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and talent analytics.
- A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning. You actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and bring new ideas to the team.
- Experience contributing to employer branding, regional events , university partnerships, or community building is a strong plus.
