- Salary: $114,000 – $135,000 annually (based on experience)

Your Role

- Provide direct physical therapy services including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education — under PT supervision

- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and safety in the home setting

- Utilize physical agents such as ultrasound, heat/cold therapy, and massage

- Instruct patients and caregivers on the use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, and prosthetic devices

- Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

- Current California PTA license (required)

- Valid California driver's license with a clean record (required)

- Home health experience preferred — strong outpatient or inpatient PTAs are encouraged to apply

- Strong communication skills, tech-savvy, and a compassionate approach to patient care

- Ability to travel regularly within San Francisco County

Schedule

- Monday through Friday

- Weekend availability a plus

- Full-time or per diem available

- This is a direct hire position — not a contracted role
