Full Pay Range: $24.66 to $36.99
Shift: Daytime
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Store Engineering, Service Trade Coordinator, La Crosse WI
Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on team member to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in mechanical aptitudes, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with fuel equipment is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute part salvage and rebuild programs
- Support part inquiries and execute ready-service preparation
- Assist in coordinating projects and new initiatives for a variety of store equipment
- Assist in coordinating routine and some non-routine service escalations
- Learn and grow your skills through hands-on experience and team support
- Use tools and technology to help identify and solve equipment issues
What We Look For:
- Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
- Comfortable using tools and willing to develop hands-on mechanical skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and open to learning something new every day
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Familiarity with fuel equipment is a plus
Location: Candidate must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to the La Crosse, WI area market.
