Job Description:

We offer university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (9 months) . Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers a highly dynamic, professional international working environment and the chance to develop university skills in a real business setting.

During the internship, you will apply your knowledge to strategic automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives while working alongside Finance, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Supply Chain professionals across regions. You will receive regular guidance, development conversations, and hands-on exposure to projects with measurable business impact.

Mandatory Requirements:

·    Enrolled at a university for the full duration of the internship.

·    Full-time or part-time availability for 9 months.

·    Advanced professional English; Polish is an advantage.

What you'll do:

During the HPE Internship Program, you will contribute to projects that improve reporting efficiency, process controls, forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making across Services Supply Chain Finance.

·    Finance Process Automation and Modernization: Use Microsoft Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, and Python-based analytics to streamline recurring activities connected with month-end close, forecasting, and performance reporting.

·    Data Quality and Process Improvement: Analyze finance and operational datasets to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities across global Services Supply Chain Finance processes.

·    Innovation and GenAI Adoption: Gain hands-on experience through participation in pilots involving automated analysis and business narratives, dashboard development, and innovative tools that improve operational efficiency across global finance processes.

·    Advanced Forecasting Analytics: Support the design and implementation of machine learning forecasting models, identify business trends, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce manual effort.

·    Collaborate with Finance Supply Chain teams across regions , with mentoring support.

What you'll need:

·    Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with student status maintained throughout the internship.

·    Ability to work with and analyze large datasets.

·    Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.

·    Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Python programming.

·    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·    Curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.

·    Advanced English is essential
