About this role

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional member service
- Dependable for all scheduled shifts
- Maintaining master files for customers, vendors and product
- Coordinating maintenance of hardware equipment and software programs
- Stock shelves as required and make necessary deliveries
- Administer daily, monthly and yearly procedures
- Perform all other TRC file maintenance functions
- Adhere to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures
- Adhering to all Evergreen Co-op safety policies and procedures
- Adhering to all food safety policies and practices
- Performing any other duties as assigned

We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

- Organizational skills and great time management
- Works independently in a team environment
- Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
- Liquor product knowledge is an asset
- Proserve certificate
- Quality communication and interpersonal skills
- A drive to deliver an exceptional member experience through living our brand
- Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license with an acceptable driver abstract
