Occupational Therapist | Adult Rehabilitation

Provides occupational therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility designed to support exceptional patient care, collaboration, and innovation. The Occupational Therapist evaluates patient needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions using advanced technology, specialized equipment, and contemporary treatment techniques. Working as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, the therapist helps patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life. This role also offers opportunities to develop specialty areas of practice, contribute to program growth, and help shape the future of rehabilitation services within a highly respected health system in Central Minnesota.

Schedule:

- Part-time | 48-64 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Days | 8-hour shifts | Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm and Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

- Starting pay begins at $80,0190.16 per year and increases with experience
- Salary range: $71,676.80-$107,556.80 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training required.
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy obtained within 6 months.
- Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
- Prior experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills beyond basic entry level for the position in which the applicant is applying for.
